Please be aware and stay alert to scam calls with spoofed caller ID (numbers displayed starting with "+"!).

TOMO YUME Bio-Tech will never contact you by phone to request changes to your installment payment or automatic debit method, nor will we ask you to perform any ATM operations. If you receive a call of this kind, please do not provide any financial information, and call Taiwan's 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline to verify.

You are entitled to a 7-day inspection period (including holidays) after receiving your order. This inspection period is not a trial period — when returning an item, please keep the product and its original packaging intact to protect your shopping rights.

When requesting a return, please restore the product to its original packaged condition as received.

Please also confirm whether your order still meets the thresholds for free shipping or free gifts after the return; if any free gift is not returned together with the product, the related costs will be charged accordingly.
