Payment Methods

  • Credit Card: One-time online credit card payment.
  • ATM Payment: Transfer to the designated account via physical/online ATM or internet banking.
  • Convenience Store Pickup and Payment: Payment and pickup available at 7-11 convenience stores.

Shipping Methods

  • A shipping fee of NT$100 will be charged per order. Free shipping is available for orders totaling NT$2,000 or more.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • If you need to return an item, please submit a return request within 5-7 days (including holidays) of receipt via "Member Area > Shopping Records > Select Order Number > Cancel Order".
  • Online shoppers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) starting from the day of receipt.
    • Note: The appreciation period is not a trial period. Returned items must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging.
  • For returns due to personal reasons, such as ordering errors or mismatched needs, customers must bear the shipping cost.

Refund Methods

  • Credit Card: Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
  • ATM Transfer: For ATM payments, please provide the correct account details during the return application. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the return is confirmed.

  • All products are priced in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). The actual payment amount will be determined based on the exchange rate for TWD.

Overseas Shipping Fee

  • A shipping fee of TWD 600 will be charged per order.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over TWD 8,000.

Customs Duties and Export Notices

  1. Customs restrictions vary by country. To avoid inconvenience during customs clearance, if you plan to order large quantities (over 20 kg), we recommend splitting your orders to comply with the customs limits of the destination country. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  2. Each country has its own regulations regarding import duties. When goods arrive in the destination country, customs will assess duties based on the type and value of the goods. Shipping methods do not influence whether duties are charged.
  3. Local customs may inspect packages and determine whether duties apply according to local import tax regulations. If duties are assessed, the recipient is responsible for payment. (Note: Hong Kong is a free trade zone and does not impose customs duties.)
  4. Depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country, additional fees such as import duties, VAT, customs handling fees, or postal charges may apply. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer (or recipient if different from the purchaser) and will be collected directly by the local postal service or courier. (Note: Hong Kong is a free trade zone and does not impose customs duties.)
  5. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by customs issues or procedures during the clearance process.
  6. We do not issue certificates of origin, export visas, or other export documentation for purchased products.

Shipping Notices

  1. If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect recipient information or the absence of a recipient's signature, and the package is returned, the order will be canceled, and any incurred costs will be deducted before issuing a refund.
  2. Due to the complexity of international shipping, we are unable to provide return or exchange services for overseas orders.
  3. For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within three days of receipt.
